The Maunder Minimum was from 1645 to 1710, a period of time known as the Little Ice Age. It was a bleak time of reduced sunspot activity resulting in lower terrestrial temperatures. This reduction of solar irradiance an era of colder earth coincided with the burning of witches in Salem. My offering to those witches is the scent of a quiet, numbing landscape, of the forest, snow and mint.

Available in 30ml(spray), 5ml(spray) and 1ml(rollerball) containers.

It's VERY minty. In fact, when I put it on, it feels cooling on my skin like I just put menthol on the area. It's kind of strange. I do wish the other notes in it would break through the mint some more.

Fresh! I love a fresh winter scent but mint can usually dominate the vibe. While this is definitely strong on the mint, it leans away from gum and more into delicious peppermint oil with the snow providing some layers. VERY strong though so be careful when applying

A little obsessed with every scent I get from this store. They do really well long term and the way they adjust on skin only makes them smell even better over time.

I treasure a uniquely crafted indie parfum, and Maunder Minimum fits the bill in addition to being complimentary to my skin. The mint coolness actually warms up on me over time and the scent transforms beautifully. Looking at a larger purchase soon 🖤

This is very minty, I'd wear it around the winter holidays.
