It is driven erratically and weaving a little, but not out of control.

It came very well packaged, but I wasn't really sure what to expect when I opened it. A parfum called "Double Indemnity" should smell like...what? Honeysuckle? Murder? Well, it smells like neither. The scent is more...fruity. Vintage fruity. Something Barbara Stanwyck would wear while sunbathing in 1938. It's a little lighter than the scents I usually wear, but I like it. I'm hoping it will open a time portal eventually. The four packets that came with it (different scents I was allowed to choose from the catalogue to accompany the main purchase) are still unopened, but I have high hopes. Buy this. You might not get the money or the woman...but you'll smell good trying.

I am so happy to finally have tested this perfume, as I have been eyeing it for a while now. I am intrigued by unique notes such as chrysanthemum, as I have previously only smelled that note in tea! This scent is very long lasting with just a dab and reminds me of my Pure Poison days ( a Dior classic). The sandalwood and ethereal floral notes are gorgeous. The fact that it reminds me of Pure Poison is startling, yet fitting, as the female character in the film Double Indemnity is one of the most infamous femme fatales of movie history. Such a beautiful scent!
